2. Quotes and Booking

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final charges may vary based on actual volume, distance, and additional services required. A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment.

3. Insurance

We recommend all customers opt for transit insurance. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms of the insurance policy if taken, or as per the Carriers Act if not.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, jewelry, cash, or perishable items. Customers are responsible for ensuring no such items are packed.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
